settle my TM loan

I wish to settle my TM loan RM60++ k as soon as possible...IF POSSIBLE within this 2 years where TM absorb me as permanent staff...Then, wallaweh..!! but as usual bonding with them is a MUST la kan....nvm, anything but settle all my edu debt..hihi..
